Memorial Day 2009

Its a Hogan Family tradition to go to Idaho for Memorial Day weekend. This year the weather was crazy. One second it was sunny, the next rainy. We had a lot of fun though. Our trip starts out in Twin Falls and then we take a trip across the state to eastern Idaho and hit Bancroft, Chesterfield, Lund and Soda Springs (not in that order). In Soda we always have dinner at the Geyser View Restaurant with Niel and Diane, who I think are Grandma Hogan's cousins but I could be completely wrong. lol. Here are some of the hundreds of pictures I took of the weekend. Enjoy.

Easter and Dad's Birthday

We celebrated Easter with Kyle's family. His Grandma Linnea was able to come to town. It was a lot of fun. We also celebrated my father in law, Josh's birthday.

Addy was grumpy. lol.

Kyle, Maddison and I took a trip to New York with Kyle's parents and grandma last week. We went to meet his sister Tara there on her way home from being an exchange student in Italy. We spent three days in Manhattan, then drove up to Palmyra, New York and spent that night in a little town called Victor. The next day we went up Niagara Falls and spent that night in Erie, Pennsylvania. Then we went to Kirtland and Newark, Ohio to see the church historical sites and a "basket building" that grandma wanted to see. The next day, after much complication and flight changes due to weather, we flew home. Here are just a few of the hundred of pictures I took.
